Scam & Fraud Continued

You may read my other detailed review for more information.
I have been following up with A&F and their payment processing partner ESW since August 26 regarding the delivery of my orders which are sitting at the delivery office.
Each company throws the responsibility on the other. I wrote to the customer service email and they either reply with irrelevant copy/paste messages or no reply at all. I spoke to customer services agents via their web-chat but they also don’t make any effort to provide you with accurate information. I have been told that they are aware of a problem but three weeks later I still haven’t received my order which is sitting at the delivery office at the request of A&F.

Irresponsible!

How can a big company be so irresponsible with its delivery service? Ordered some items on 09/03/2022 and it was supposed to be delivered today as stated prior to checkout. I followed it up yesterday and I was surprised it has not been shipped to my place. The very reason why I placed it is because I thought I will be able to use it for my trip which is 3 days from now. All they can do is apologize and give discount voucher. I want my items asap so I can use it for my trip.

Good, but beware of returns.

I made a return and was refunded 60€. The amount went to my old credit card which was deactivated at that time. Essentially I’ve never received any funds as they were declined by my credit card company. Now they are asking for written confirmation by my bank and refuse to pay out the money. They say their system doesn’t allow to check for returned funds. Ridiculous!!! Never had that bad a customer service.

Be careful of online returns

Be careful of online returns! Mine has been pending for over a month without any update. Support tells me it will be resolved in 3 days each time but still no update. Makes me very weary to order online ever again from them.

£10 delivery and return fee

Sizes were way too big. Unclear on the website that return postage was £5. Once I was refunded, £10 in total was taken off the refund for postage. Cost for postage was 15% of the price of the items.

I order from the UK and often use the online chat if I have any issues with my delivery or order. I have ordered many times and have experienced some issues like items missing from the parcel or security tags being left one. However, the customer service I have received is always impeccable, the best company I’ve ever dealt with; replies are quick and helpful and they go above beyond! Only downside is limited sizing in some items especially in the smaller sizes.

CANCELLED ORDERS

THEY HAVE CANCELLED MY ORDER ON ME TWICE WITHOUT ANY PROPER REASON. THE FIRST TIME THEY CANCELLED IT, I CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE REP IN WHICH THEY ASSISTED ME WITH PLACING THE ORDER AGAIN, AND THEN THEY RUSHED SHIPPED THE ORDER TO ME, AND RATHER THAN RECEIVING THE ITEMS, THEY CANCELLED THE ORDER ON ME AGAIN, AND NOW THE ITEMS ARE OUT OF STOCK AND THE PRICES ON ITEMS HAVE INCREASED. NOW WHEN I CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE, I AM ON HOLD FOR HOURS, AND NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE. COMPLETE CRAP!

I would give zero stars if I could!

I am beyond disappointed with my first shopping experience with Abercrombie. I placed my order on 27/07/2022. My order was never even shipped according to the tracking information, but when I emailed CS I was told my parcel was "lost". I then did not receive any more responses via email. I decided to talk to CS via live chat. I was told I could be sent a replacement order for the next day. I could see many of my items were out of stock, so I specifically asked if my items were going to be available for delivery. You can check your records to see this. Since I was told all the items were in stock, I agreed for the replacement to be sent out. While still trying to resolve the issue, the associate disconnected mid chat. I was then unable to connect to live chat again, as the "chat ended" appeared every time I got through. Why is there a live chat option, if no one is going to help when there is an issue? A couple of minutes after the chat, I got an email stating all but two of my items were out of stock! I then had to phone Abercrombie CS, who confirmed only two items would be sent. I requested the order just be cancelled, because I bought each item as a set to wear together, and I would take my business elsewhere. I was told the order could not be cancelled. I haven't even been sent a new tracking number, has the order even shipped? Absolutely appalled by the poor level of service. I still have not received a refund for the other items either. What is going on? I am not being contacted on Twitter either

Despite the purchased online item was a low quality, it is more than two months so far I can’t get the refund. It is 450 Euros. The answers from different CS e-mails: wait wait wait. For what? Never before I had such a problem with any online store. Guys, my advise: NEVER buy any Abercrombie stuff! Except you want to be fooled for your own money:)
